Thank you for visiting my blog. I was encouraged by family & friends to start a blog to share my health & fitness transformation. My journey began on November 10, 2015 when I joined Weight Watchers. At the time, my only form of exercise was walking. As my weight loss began and my confidence grew, I decided to step up my fitness and joined a cardio and strength training class for all levels.
I hope to inspire & encourage others to make positive changes with their health & fitness. I have learned that I am much stronger than I gave myself credit for. I have never looked back and the baby steps that I’ve taken on my road to transformation has turned in to a whole new way of life for me.
I’m super excited about my blog, yet I realize I have a lot to learn in the area of blogging. I appreciate any words of wisdom you can offer me.
