Life With Lisa was born one year ago today on October 5, 2017. I never imagined the personal growth that would come from me beginning a blog. The experience has been rewarding.

I was encouraged to start this by family & friends to share my health & fitness journey, and eventually became brave enough to share my sobriety with you too. I post a lot on my Instagram (lifewithlisa9), and I follow people who are inspirational to me. Seeing their vulnerability gave me the courage to do the same.

I’m so blessed to have my husband and children as my greatest supporters. They are MYWORLD and I’m so grateful.

I look forward to another year of learning and sharing more about health living, fitness & recovery. I greatly appreciate everyone who has joined me on my journey.
