Freedom, Sweet Freedom

How do I spell Freedom? That’s easy!

WW, formerly Weight Watchers, was an easy decision when it came to my weight loss, and over 3 years later my passion for WW is stronger than ever. It is livable; doable; sustainable. There’s so much freedom & flexibility with the SmartPoints value system AND over 200 ZeroPoint foods that do not require measuring!!! Can you say Freestyle??? The food choices are endless. With no restrictions on any food, I’ve never felt deprived. I CAN have Mexican food, pizza, cheesecake. It’s a matter of balance & moderation. The small steps I’ve made along the way are now my way of living. I never thought that at the age of 53, I’d be at my healthiest in addition to being in the best shape of my life. There is no greater satisfaction, and I owe it to WW. I am beyond grateful.

WW recently partnered with Blue Apron!!! Talk about freedom. Blue Apron has taken the guess work out of “what’s for dinner”. I receive three WW Freestyle dinners weekly consisting of a variety of fresh chicken, fish, pork or beef and lots of fresh vegetables. Its opened a whole new world of food for me and I’m loving my time in the kitchen once again.

The support received at the weekly WW workshops continue to be inspiring. WW is all about wellness of the body & mind. The topic may be about food, mindset, reality checks for an upcoming event, self-compassion & self-care, ways to stay physically active (love earning those Wellness Wins!). Our WW Coach covers it all!!! Where else can you go to get all of this while improving your health for only $6.92/week???

Well, doesn’t this sound like a commercial!?! I tend to get excited about sharing my love of WW with others since I’ve gained so much freedom from them. For more information, check out their websites:

  1. Congratulations Lisa! You must feel so fulfilled and confident with your healthy lifestyle. I am 63 and managed to bring my glucose levels under control with exercise, healthy eating, and meds. Sometimes I feel more like 36 than 63. Thank you for following my blog. I write mostly poetry, but add other types of writing from time to time. I am looking forward to reading more from you.
