The month of March began with our family vacation in Crested Butte, Colorado and marching into April in Bluffton, South Carolina!!! March was filled with fun, adventures and change.
My 54 Before 54 is ongoing and I’m really enjoying it. It’s taught me about discipline, trying new things, and taking action instead of simply wanting to do something.
I got over my fear and had my mammogram done, along with my bone density scan. All good!
Had a great time bowling with my grandson!!! I was no good, but it was all about the company and the experience. Let’s just say I was thankful for the gutter guards!!! I can’t imagine my score if it weren’t for that 🤣Have you ever seen Pink on tour? She is currently on her went Beautiful Trauma tour, and I was lucky enough to see her. One word: badass!!! She is so talented and her physical stamina was impressive. I was invited to go to aerial yoga days later. If anything can inspire you to try aerial yoga, it’s seeing Pink in action!!! My husband, Steven, and I braved the new territory with our experienced friend. Steven was much more of a natural than I was!!! But wow, what a workout. I was SO sore. The great thing about being sore is realizing your activating new muscles. Love the discovery 💪🏼
Aerial yoga opened my mind to a whole new world. I’ve had fun challenging myself with PiYo and the LesMills classes: CXWORX, Body Flow, Grit, and Barre!!! Can you say love??? And let’s not forget the “gentle” yoga class.
I’m excited about this new chapter and I’m ready!!! Feeling official with my new Lululemon yoga mat 🙌🏼
Oh, and did I mention I’m currently in TWO StepBets… StepBet Sprint is a 4-week game which began began last week on March 25th and ends April 21st. Flex StepBet is a 6-week game beginning today, April 1st through May 12th.
Both games have the same weekly step goals:
- 4 active days of 18,593 steps
- 2 power days of 22,481 steps

It amazes me what the body is capable of doing. NEVER underestimate yourself.
Marching into April, I will continue to exploring more fitness & yoga classes. Other goals include:
- Working on my home office
- Creating my vision board
- Booking my NYC trip!!! (I’m LONG overdue)
- Cook something new with my Veggie Bullet & Air Fryer
