On this thankful Thursday, I’m thankful I survived this mornings Orangetheory workout. It was a signature workout called Infinity. This is a Mini Dri-Tri consisting of treadmill (power walking for me), 100 meter rowing intervals and intense floor workout. I still consider myself a newbie, but it’s the first time I’ve ever earned splat points on the floor.
It was intense, but left feeling victorious 💪🏼

I LOVE OT but the schedule at my local gyms was not the best with my work schedule. I want to go back soon though because there is nothing better than a 1-hour HIIT workout!
