Whirlwind

Greetings my friends!!! I appreciate you for stopping by my page and taking time to read my post.

How are you feeling today? I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed with gratitude after a recent FB post that I made. Check it out below:

My life just changed in a BIG way!!! Beginning a new chapter to my journey as I seek new horizons. I am stepping out of my comfort zone by continuing my fitness and health journey on a whole new level. I am following through with my PASSION and became a health & fitness coach.

Why did I become a coach? Good question! I want to be your accountability partner and I want you to be mine!!! AMAZING goals are accomplished when you are part of a motivated team that will NOT let you fail.

I recently completed a 21-Day yoga program which was the perfect transition for me post op knee surgery back into the studio. This week I dove into Pi-Yo program and love it. I had doubts about working out at home to a video, but QUICKLY fell in love with it. The professional trainers give very specific instructions every step of the way.

I have proven over the past several years that you are never too old, and its never too late to better yourself. I am a work in progress, I do not have a perfect body, I am not a professional fitness trainer, but I AM pushing towards my goals everyday and would love to help you with yours.

I’ll be hosting my first 21-Day challenge group beginning June 22nd, and I’d love for you to join me on this journey. Let’s crush our goals TOGETHER!!! Drop me your favorite emoji if your interested!!!

The response from my post was humbling. I’m excited, nervous and READY!!!

But first… lets keep it real. None of this would be possible without my sobriety. Sure, I worked out during my 3-year relapse. However, it yielded no results. Drinking a beer post workout hardly qualifies for “hydration” 🤷‍♀️ Having one “kinda sorta” healthy meal during the day hardly cut it when I was eating mostly unhealthy.

I’ve come a long way, and YOU can too. Change is always possible – no matter where you are in life. This is my reality:

6 years, 11 months

One. Day. At. A. Time. And with that, my heart is filled with gratitude.

I encourage you to take a leap of faith and begin making baby steps to the change you desire in your life. Watch your life unfold as you pursue your passion.

Have a blessed day my friends 🙏🏻❤️

  1. Awesome. I wonder how many people in sobriety can you connect with. You share the same passion of getting out without “alcohol” involved. Just thinking
