Hello my friends ,

This morning I sit out on the balcony in Pensacola Beach enjoying my coffee, watching the sunrise and basking in gratitude.

Last week on July 15th, I celebrated 7 years of sobriety with my family. By the grace of God, one day at a time, I go to bed sober every night and wake up every morning hangover free.

Last week was also my first Coach Summit celebrating together, learning and growing together, sharing our love of health and fitness.

Just recently I took a leap of faith with a coaching opportunity and absolutely LOVE my community of ladies. I LOVE watching them grow on their transformation journey, I LOVE building relationships, I LOVE the fun we have while authentically being ourselves.

I am blessed that everyone in my family is doing well and thriving and growing in their own way. We love each other unconditionally, can always count on one another, and just BE!

I have been in Pensacola for the past several days alone in between my family leaving and anticipating the arrival of my friends today. Tonight the condo will be filled with life, love and laughter.

I bask in the gratitude that we truly are better together.
