On this Thankful Thursday and last day of June 2022, I look back on the month and how my theme of JOY truly rang through. There were celebrations of career, birthday, new life, family time, rekindled friendships and special times I hold dear in my heart. I am grateful for it all.

A glimpse into July will start with relaxing at the lake with family, fitness expo in Vegas, annual meeting in Milwaukee for the first time since 2019. So. Much. Excitement. Is. Upon. Us.
